Only 2 wheeler parking is allowed in affordable housing society, namely, AVL 36 Society, Sector 36, Gurugram, Haryana.
However, hundreds of 4 wheelers are allowed to be parked by AOA/RWA in exchange of monetary favours which is not only against rules and permissions granted but also tantamount to corruption.
In this regard, kindly furnish following information:
1. Photographs/CCTV footages of the entire society/all towers (including stilt area) dated 20.07.2024, 21.07.2024, 22.07.2024 and 23.07.2024 showing that no 4 wheeler is parked.
(Note: CCTV footages are available with AOA/RWA of the society which comes under the purview of RTI Act. If information is not available with you, the application may be transferred to PIO of the above society).
