Following information be supplied under RTI Act:
1. Records indicating the total number of employees against whom disciplinary action was initiated due to unauthorized absence during the last five years.
2. Detailed information regarding the types of disciplinary measures imposed in these cases, this may include warnings, suspensions, salary stoppages, or other penalties.
3. Information on instances where an employee’s salary was withheld before the issuance of a chargesheet in these cases, and whether such an action is permissible under the applicable rules or regulations.
4. Official records detailing cases, if any, where an employee’s salary was stopped without prior intimation to the employee or reason. Please include relevant rules or guidelines permitting such stoppage.
