THIS RTI RELATES TO LIFE & LIBERTY AND REPLY/INFORMATION IS EXPECTED WITHIN 48 HOURS
A. Chintels Paradiso roof collapse incident occurred in February 2022 while carrying out repairs "secretly" in apartment No.D-603 thereby claiming several lives.
B. It is given to understand that similar "secret" repairs are being carried out in apartment No.C-601, Chintels Paradiso, Sector 109, Gurugram, Haryana under the supervision of untrained & unprofessional employee of M/s Chintels India Limited, namely, Mr. Alex who is accommodated by the builder in apartment No.C-601 itself.
In this regard, kindly furnish the following information:
1. Whether any inspection is carried out by police in apartment No.C-601 (before and after receiving this RTI).
2. If yes, kindly furnish inspection report. If no, intimate reasons.
3. Furnish pictorial evidence of apartment No.C-601.
4. Please intimate the motive of accommodating employee (Mr. Alex) of the builder M/s Chintels in apartment No.C-601 (who is neither owner nor tenant). Furnish documentary proof of his ownership or tenancy.
NOTE:- I am enclosing self attested Xerox copy of Voter ID card as a proof of my Indian Citizenship. The address that is appearing on my voter ID card is my residential address, I am filing the RTI request from my office address.
