On UIDAI website about the Aadhar Enrollment Centers in Mansa City, Punjab-151505, it shows three running centers i.e. in 1.HDFC 2.Syndicate Bank 3.ICICI Bank. But in HDFC & Syndicate banks, Operator name & contact number is same. In this regard please provide following information:
Can two different banks allow to a single operator for running Aadhar enrollment Center at same time?
If yes, then please provide certified copy of the order/notice/notification/guidelines/gazette/rule/office memo or any other document related to this.
