There is a new hotel "Sri Manjunatha Hotel" opened in Hemavati Village adjacent to Jannappa provision store & Balaji provision store in Amarapur Mandal, Anantpur Districts of Andhra Pradesh.
1. Is it required by any hotel to obtain any sort of permissions like Fire Safety Permit or any such documents related with Fire Safety from Andhra Pradesh Fire Service? Has this hotel obtained this certificate or not?
2. If so please provide the details of those documents/certificates & also the building blue print used to obtain clearance certificate/documents.
3. In case if this hotel or any hotels violates fire safety mechanisms or has not obtained any fire safety clearance documents/certificates, then what actions would be taken by Fire Service against them and which department will take appropriate action against them.
4. Please provide address/contact details of department where anyone can register complaints against hotel authority for violation of fire safety.
