Kindly refer to RTI reply of SPIO, District Industries Centre, Gurugram vide letter No.RTI/DIC/GGM/583 dated 16.09.2021 wherein it is informed that audited accounts of AVL36Gurgaon, Sector 36, Gurgaon, Haryana is not available.

1. In this regard, please intimate action taken by O/o District Registrar against AVL36Gurgaon for non-submission of audited accounts (till date) to O/o District Registrar which is mandatory as per rules.

2. Whether any show cause notice has been issued to AVL36Gurgaon as per rules seeking explanation for non-submission of audited accounts.

3. If yes, provide copy of the show cause notice.

4. If no, intimate reasons.

5. Whether the accounts of AVL36Gurgaon for last 5 years are audited or not as per rules. If not, intimate reasons.

IT MAY BE PERTINENT TO MENTION HERE THAT AVL36GURGAON IS ALSO NOT SUPPLYING COPIES OF MEMORANDUM AND BYE-LAWS TO RESIDENTS/MEMBERS ON THEIR REQUEST AS PER RULES.
