1. Please provide copies/case numbers of judgements/orders passed by the Hon'ble Commission wherein it is held that RTI applicant/appellant is a consumer and protected under Consumer Protection Act.
2. Since RTI applicant pays fee, s/he is entitled to service i.e. information and non-supply of the same will amount to 'deficiency in service'. Any circular/order/instructions in this regard may be provided.
3. Whether government/PSU employees who seek information under RTI will also be treated as consumers being citizen of India.
4. Please provide relevant extracts of Consumer Protection Act. If available on Internet, kindly quote the relevant clause wherein above is covered.
