Request Details

As Per the reply given by the CPIO, the information is available on the NCVET website, to the best of my knowledge the complete information is not available on the website that I asked for in the RTI Application, and the rest of the Information is denied under section 8 of RTI act. If you go through my RTI Application I have asked for information about " the entire application copy along with the documents submitted and the proceedings in regard to the approval as an Awarding Body of the following entities: A. Safety Skill Development Foundation B. Ganpat University C. Medhavi Skill University D. IIT, Guwahati" 

This is the responsibility of public authority information which is related to the public and should be maintained in the public domain under section 4 [1} B of the RTI Act. I have not asked for any kind of personal information about anyone the concerned CPIO taking shelter of section 8 of the RTI act which is not applicable in my case. Hence, I request you kindly Instruct the concerned Central Public information officer to furnish me with the desired Information which I filed on 29/01/2024
