As per PSARA rules, wearing/displaying of identity cards/name plates by security guards is mandatory.

However, none of the guards deployed in AVL 36 Society, Sector 36, Gurugram, Haryana is found wearing/displaying of identity cards/name plates thereby violating the provisions of PSARA rules.

It is understood that security guards are not in possession of valid identity cards.

In this regard, kindly furnish the following information:

1. Copy of identity cards of each security guard deployed in the above society.

2. Copy of licence of security agency.

3. CCTV footages of main gate of the above society dated 20.07.2024, 21.07.2024, 22.07.2024 and 23.07.2024 showing that security guards are wearing/displaying identity cards/name plates as per PSARA rules.

4. It is given to understand that Haryana State Women Commission had directed police to inquire/investigate as to whether security guards are following PSARA rules or not. Please furnish copy of compliance report in this regard.
