With reference to the complaint filed in Public Interest with complaint No. 38190 and 38197 dated 27.02.2017:
1) Please provide a list of facilities pertaining to civic amenities and public infrastructure that the Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam is supposed to provide for the general public
2) Please provide true copies of either policy documents/ legislation/ guidelines/ rules that indicate areas where the Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam is authorized to provide these facilities as per the law.
