2. The detailed steps and procedure of fulfillment of payments with required time duration.
3. For how much time the payments are pending.
4. If the procedure is delayed the reasons behind it and any action taken about it. Enclose true copy of proceedings/actions conducted in case of delay beyond the stipulated time period.
5. Whether the concerned beneficiary is entitled to payment of interest on the sum of the money/payment delayed. If so, how much interest rate is applicable per an-um. If interest is not applicable , why is it.
