As per the latest news reports, the CBI has prima facie concluded that the Manager (Operations) of Chintels Paradiso maintenance company was one of the persons responsible for the roof collapse incident, among others, and was well aware that such a mishap could occur due to the continuous repairs.
1. In this regard, kindly intimate action taken against the Estates Manager of Chintels Paradiso maintenance company (Ms. Anchal Ahuja) who was also well aware that such a mishap could occur due to the continuous unsupervised repairs.
2. Furnish copies of relevant records in support of 1 above.
