Sub: RTI-cum-complaint
(1) The President, General Secretary and Estates Manager of AVL36Gurgaon Apartment Owners Association, AVL 36 Society, Sector 36, Gurugram, Haryana are alleged to have amassed wealth/income disproportionate to their known sources of income by misappropriation of society funds as well as selling 4-wheeler car parking illegally and engaging in other corrupt activities.
Kindly intimate cognizance taken of the above by Lokayukta after receipt of this RTI-cm-complaint.
(2) Please get third party/government audit of accounts of above society. Kindly forward this RTI to concerned government audit agency for conducting third party audit. Please intimate particulars of the department that is empowered to call for records of the society.
NOTE:- I am enclosing self attested Xerox copy of Voter ID card as a proof of my Indian Citizenship. The address that is appearing on my voter ID card is my residential address, I am filing the RTI request from my office address.
