The AOA/RWA of the society, namely, AVL 36 Society, Gurugram, Haryana is continuing to charge maintenance at higher rates despite clarification issued by DTCP vide office order No.PF-27A/2024/3676 dated 31.01.2024.
It is understood that many residents have made complaint to DTCP and DC office in this regard.
1. Please furnish copies of records showing action taken on complaints received from residents of AVL 36 Society since January 2024 with regard to charging of higher maintenance charges despite above clarification issued by DTCP.
2. Please furnish list of residents who have made complaints.
