1. As per rules, where can a citizen approach if his/her grievances remain unredressed even at the level of First Grievance Redressal Authority (FGRA) as well as Second Grievance Redressal Authority (SGRA).

2. Is the Commission empowered to adjudicate grievance/complaint if the same remains unredressed despite disposal of appeals by FGRA and SGRA (especially in case of police department).
