1. Is there any restriction on RBI employees that prohibits them or restricts them from approaching courts/filing writs etc? Please share the relevant policy/document.

2. Right to Constitutional Remedies as enshrined in our constitution which include-Right to move the courts to issue directions/orders/writs for enforcement of rights is part of Fundamental Rights entitled to every citizen of this country. Kindly share the policy that violates this right of RBI employees or that puts any kind of conditions on employees who want to seek justice from courts.

3. Are duties of Grade A, Grade B and Grade C officers in P and SE fungible in RBI? If so then are all types of allowances also fungible?

4. If rules are fungible in case of security officers as applicable to Grade A, Grade B and Grade C then on what basis officers in Grade A are being denied to reside in Chembur Quarters of RBI.

5. Please share entire notes and related documents with respect to promotion and career progression of retired Armed Forces officers absorbed as Protocol and Security Officers.

7. How many employees have suffered from cardiac arrest in RBI Mumbai Regional Office in past one year? Was any enquiry held to investigate the work environment and find out any emotional/environmental concerns? What actions did the Regional Director initiated.
