2. Provide the Qualifying degree with stream of employees working as Project Mangers for TFL Talcher Project at Graduation , post graduation and at other higher level qualifications.
3. Provide the Mode of selection in PDIL of each employee working as project manager for TFL Project means if employees were selected as Trainee or on Experience basis.
4. If employees working as project manager for TFL project were selected on experience basis what experience was sought by PDIL for selecting the candidates and fulfilled by candidates prior joining to PDIL
5. Provide the Initial department of posting after selection in PDIL of employees working as project manager for Project Managers.
6. Provide On Site experience of fertilizer projects (No. of transfers on site and years on site) of employees working as project manager for TFL fertilizer projects.
