1. Provide the transfer policy of SAI is there any basis for transfer or are they done solely on the whims and fancy of those at the helm of affairs
2. Provide the steps are taken to ensure that transfer is not used as an instrument for punishment of honest, outspoken employees who refuse to now down to the Machiavellian means of senior officers.
3. Is there any policy to give a choices to employees seeking transfer. How often are the choices expressed by the officials accepted.
4. On what basis is the choice expressed by the officer declined.
5.Provide guideline is SAI going to have an objective rule-based transfer policy. Is there any time line set for the same.
6. Please share details of all group A officers who were transferred to a place which was not a choice expressed by then. And the reasons for such forced transfers
7. Details of group A officers who got a place of posting which was of their choice.
8. What steps were taken to accommodate such people whose request was denied. What step is taken by SAI to prevent alienation and mental illness arising out of transfer against one's own wish.
8. Those who were denied transfer to a place of their choice when will they get transfer to a place of their choice.
9. What steps have been taken so far to prevent weaponization of transfer policy by senior officers to settle personal scores.
