Recently a Coal mining public entity in Telangana named Singareni Collieries Company Ltd released a recruitment notification No 02/2022. In this notification certain reservation of post vacancies is given to the Local Candidates. The definition of Local according to the notification is the Erstwhile Four districts of Khammam, Warangal, Karimnagar and Adilabad. Current 16 districts in the state of Telangana) namely Asifabad Komarambheem,Mancherial, Peddapalli, Jayashankar Bhoopalapally, Mulugu, Adilabad, Nirmal, Jagityal, Karimnagar, Rajanna Siricilla, Kothagudem-Bhadradri, Khammam, Mahabubabad,Janagaon, Warangal Rural and Warangal Urban.
Before splitting of districts I belonged to Warangal District. After splitting Warangal is divided into 5 new districts which are Warangal Urban, Warangal Rural, Janagaon, Jayashankar Bhupalapally and Mahabubabad. But My Mandal CHERIAL which previously belonged to Warangal district is now merged with Siddipet which is a newly formed district from Medak, A non local district.
Now I want to know whether I come under Local candidature or not ?
