Kindly file a Second Appeal seeking a copy of the draft and/or final proposal for the conservation plans for the Nicobar Macaque, Robber Crab and other endemic bird species of Great Nicobar prepared/submitted for the fulfilment of the Environmental and CRZ clearance vide letter dated 11.11.2022. The RTI request was transferred from WII to SACON and then to ANIIDCO but the response has not been submitted yet.
