1. Is any staff member of the bank is authorised to speak to the press on behalf of the bank on the policies/actions of Reserve Bank of India without any permission of the bank ?
2. What disciplinary action has been initiated against the employee for non adherence to the policy of communication of RBI ?
3. If no action has been initiated at 2 above , provide a copy of the internal noting with supporting documents/circulars/instructions wherein it was decided not to initiate disciplinary action against the employee for non adherence to the policy of communication of RBI. Who was the approving authority in this case ?
4. Which authority of the bank is authorised to take action against the employee for non adherence to the policy of communication ? Was the authority informed of the breach of provisions of the policy ?
5. Were the press interviews conducted in the premises of the bank ? Provide the details for press interviews in the concerned office premises for the past one year.
6. Please provide a list of relatives declared by the officer working in the regulated bodies of RBI according to the latest return available on record. Have any complaints received by the office alleging provision of any benefit to relatives by the employee ? Provide data for the past 5 years.
7. How many complaints of any nature have been received by the office against the officer in the past 5 years ? How many of those complaints has been disposed off in favour of the employee by the bank ?
