A massive fire incident happened on 12 Nov 2023 at Apex Green Society located in Sonipat, Haryana. We would request the government to provide us with the following information:
1. Fire clearance certificate of the Apex Green Apartment Society.
2. If any fire and safety audit or inquiry has been conducted in the Apex Green Society after the incident. If yes, please provide a copy of the report. If no, please provide the reason for the same.
3. If any structural integrity evaluation has been conducted for the towers where the massive fire incident has taken place. If yes, please provide a copy of the report. If no, please provide the reason for the same.
4. Has any action been taken by the government against the company responsible for maintenance of the Apex Green Society, Sonipat, for failure to meet the fire safety norms prescribed by the government? Please provide copy of the action taken report.
5. Has any compliance audit or survey been conducted in the Apex Green society by the government to ensure that the recommendations by the inquiry committee or audit report have been implemented. If yes, please provide a copy of the compliance report. If no, please provide the reason.
6. Has the government ensured that the society has taken insurance cover against such fire events as prescribed in RERA act. Please copy of insurance policy as available in government records.
7. Did the society have insurance against such fire incidents on 12-Nov-2023, as required under RERA act. If not, what action has the government taken against the maintainance company for failing to have insurance cover. Please provide copy of action taken report.
