(1) As per rules, whether citizens can lodge complaints/grievances in National Commission for SCs against members of SC community for harassment meted out by them.
(2) As per rules, whether citizens can lodge complaints/grievances in National Commission for STs against members of ST community for harassment meted out by them.
(3) As per rules, whether citizens can lodge complaints/grievances in National Commission for Minorities against members of OBC/minority community for harassment meted out by them.
(4) Please provide copies of rules duly certified.
(e) Like Commissions protect its members, do the Commissions have also laid down rules/guidelines or issued instructions to its members not to harass ordinary/general category citizens.
