Request for information pertains to Bengaluru customs( both Air cargo complex and ICD).
The number of queries and first check have increased from Bengaluru and officers of Jc do not monitor queries and first check as per CBIC circular
Therefore provide the following information:
1)List of officers at all levels, along with roles assigned in ICES, by the admin
2)List of officers who are not authorized to hold a role due to designation, but still given the role in ICES by the admin without check
3)Whether officers of rank of Jc and Adc utilize the function before raising query and first check without delegating the role to lower officers
4)whether commissioner is aware of rampant misuse of roles by officers who are not authorized. Any action taken or contemplated against EDI manager
5)any orders issued by commissionerate showing allocation of roles by EDI manager as per CBIC guidelines.
6) Unauthorized access to CBIC database by some officers has resulted in sale of business documents. whether any action contemplated by vigilance against erring officials.
