Provide details of complaints received during last 5 years, if any, in the O/o SDM Gurugram regarding erratic water supply and/or frequent power cuts in the affordable housing project, namely, AVL 36, Gurugram, Haryana.
Complaints/grievances of any other nature pertaining to the above project may also be provided, if any.
Please intimate whether inspection is carried out by SDM in the above society.
If yes, provide copy of inspection report.
If no, intimate reasons and also whether there is any proposal to carry out inspection in the near future as there are several shortcomings/quality issues in the project as well as malpractices/corrupt practices being followed by builder and RWA/AOA through project incharge and estate manager.
