Para 4: That there have been multiple attempts even in the past (well within the knowledge of the President) to tarnish the image of the present project (viz. AVL 36) and the developer... illegally...
Para 18: The President should restrain himself and his members from sending illegal demands and indulging in arm-twisting tactics including making complaints before various departments and authorities...
In this regard, kindly furnish the following information:
1. Total number of complaints received against the President, AVL 36 AOA/RWA during last 5 years in the office of DC, Gurugram and DTP department. Give details.
2. Total number of complaints received against the President, AVL 36 AOA/RWA during last 5 years which are still pending. Give details.
