Information requested pertains to all the services/facilities/sports/ground provided or available at District sports complex (Wadia Park), Ahmednagar from the year 2020 to the present.
1. I request the certified copies of the utilization reports and balance sheets, specifically the budget allocated for the maintenance of the sports ground in the park.
2. The details of the agencies or contractors engaged for the maintenance of the said sports ground, including their tenure of service, nature of contract and the payment made to them.
3. Kindly provide the certified copy of the detailed action plans or proposals submitted for the maintenance of the said sports ground, along with the accompanying file notings.
4. I also request information regarding the action taken against any irregularities about the failure in the maintenance of the sports ground and any subsequent internal inquiries into the misuse of allocated funds.
5. Please provide certified copies of all correspondence, file notings, and documents related to fund allocation, disbursal, usage, and audit for the maintenance of the sports ground in Wadia Park.
As stated in Section 7(6) of the RTI Act, 2005, I want clear photocopies of the information requested along with supporting documents either mailed to my postal address or emailed if in digital format to my email address instead of being asked to inspect the documents.
