I want to following information according to the RTI Act 2005. 1. In all over the country a B.Ed degree holder who has done his B.Ed before the RTE Act 2009. Is he eligible for the teaching of primary classes 1st to 5th or not. . 2. The six month bridge course is mandatory or not for those inservice teachers who has done their B.Ed before 2009 or before their first appointment at primary level that is 2003 to 2007. To conduct this 6 months condense course is the duty of state government or this course can be do by individually ? . 3 . If this 6 months course is necessary to them then in which time it should be completed. If it is not necessary to them then those B.Ed teachers are eligible for regular appointment at primary level or not? . 4. Those teachers who are teaching class 1st to 5th across the country and have done their B.Ed before 2009, TET teacher eligibility test is applicable to them or not ? 5. Are those B.Ed primary teachers who have done their B.Ed before 2009 can be regularised if TET is not applicable to them? . 6. If TET teacher eligibility test is applicable to them then can they apply for JBT (junior basic teacher )TET or any primary teaching Eligibility Test in the behalf of their B.Ed before 2009.
