Kindly refer to Haryana RERA order No.2153 of 2018.
In this connection, provide following information under RTI Act:
1. Certified copy of notice u/s 59 issued to the respondent M/s Chintels India Limited (as per para 23 of the RERA order 2153 of 2018).
2. As per para 25 of RERA order 2153 of 2018, it is obligatory on the part of builder to get his project registered and it attracts the penal conditions. Kindly intimate whether Chintels has registered it's project Chintels Paradiso as per directions of RERA order.
3. If not, what action is taken against M/s Chintels in this regard.
4. Action taken against M/s Chintels for violation of section 3 (1) of RERA Act with documentary evidence (as per para 23 of RERA order 2153 of 2018).
5. Certified copy of notification no. 1/92/2017-1TCP dated 14.12.2017 as mentioned in RERA order 2153 of 2018.
