In this connection, kindly intimate the reasons, as recorded in files, as to why RWA elections in Chintels Paradiso Sector 109 Gurugram Haryana are not got conducted by O/o Registrar till date as per rules.
Please provide names and designations of concerned officers and officials who were responsible (and are accountable) for conduct of timely elections but not done so.
Also provide details with regard to audit of accounts of Chintels Paradiso society for the years 2017-18, 2018-19 and 2019-20. If audit not done, kindly intimate reasons.
