1. Kindly furnish details of action taken against DTP officers who granted occupation certificates to all towers of Chintels Paradiso, Sector 109, Gurugram, Haryana (since 7 out of 9 towers are found unfit for habitation).
2. Neither NBCC nor DDA is demanding additional amount towards reconstruction of it's projects which were found unfit for habitation. Why Chintels is allowed to charge an amount of Rs.1000 psf for reconstruction.
