1) Submit the details of Total Strength of the staff Station wise with their names and place of working in Hyderabad District as on 31-05-2018
2) List of Personel who have Completed (5) years of service in One Place as on 31-05-2018.with their Names and place of working.
3) List of Personel who have Completed (2) years of Service in One Place as on 31-05-2018.with their names and place of working.
4) List of Personel who are going to retire from service within one year as on 31-05-2018.with their names and place of working.
5) As per G.O.Ms.61 Finance (HRM-1)Department dated : 24/05/2018
(i) Name of the Counselling Officers
(ii) Date and Place of Counselling Conducted with Recorded attendance of personnels who has been attended the Counselling.
6) Submit the Copies of Transfer Orders of the Personels with their Option Forms duly attested as per G.O.Ms.61 Finance (HRM-1) Department dated 24/05/2018.
7) Submit the Relieving and Joining Reports of the personnels who have been transferred out.
