3) Please provide information on Tata Memorial Centre standard in respect of skilled nurse patient ratio,Layout plan of ward, Layout plan of operation theatre,Layout plan for patients
facilities ( Number of toilets, waiting room, etc.)
4) Please provide information on Number of skilled nursing staff provided for 20 bedded RMC ward by Nursing Admin with copies of supporting documents.
5) Beside regular nursing staff & LSN, number of nurses are appointed in nursing department under the category of project Nurse etc. by Tata Memorial Centre.
