Please furnish the following information in respect of AVL 36 Society, Sector 36, Gurugram, Haryana:
1. Whether police verification of all tenants residing in the above society is got done by registered AOA as per bye-laws.
2. Whether police verification of all domestic helps/maids etc. is got done by registered AOA of the above society as per bye-laws.
3. Please furnish format of tripartite rent agreement required to be executed between owner, tenant and AOA.
4. Provide documentary evidence with respect of 1 and 2 above.
If the information is not available with DR office, the RTI may be transferred to the PIO of the above society under section 6 (3) of RTI Act.
NOTE: - I am enclosing self-attested Xerox copy of Voter ID card as a proof of my Indian Citizenship. The address that is appearing on my voter ID card is my residential address, I am filing the RTI request from my office address.
