Kindly provide information as per RTI rules regarding the Candidate Ms Asima Jan D/o Mohd Yousuf Shah working as faculty in Department of food Science and Technology at Kashmir University.
The scholar Ms Asima Jan D/o Mohd Yousuf Shah was awarded PhD from Kashmir university and as per rules cannot apply for Inspire faculty award in the same institution, however in this case, the candidate was selected in Kashmir University as inspire faculty. Kindly provide the following details:
1. What guidelines and on what grounds the candidate( Ms Dr. Asima Jan ) was allowed to join Inspire Faculty Program at Food Science & Technology Department Kashmir University even when she was having PhD from Kashmir University and as per rules, Host institution should be different from the PhD institution. May please share the copies and approvals regarding the same.
2. The duration of Inspire Faculty Program is 5 years and after completion of the program in 2022, on what grounds was the candidate allowed as faculty in the Department of Food Science and Technology. Kindly share the orders of appointments and approval copies from competent authority.
3. Please share the details of salary grants approved by competent authority on which basis the faculty is being retained and in which salary heads the expenditure is being booked after inspire program completion. As the expenditure is incurring public money, details in public domain will be helpful to rule out any misappropriation of funds.
