Ms Asima Jan was awarded a Ph.D. from Kashmir University and, as per the rules, cannot apply for the Inspire faculty award in the same institution. However, in this case, the candidate was selected as an Inspire faculty member at the Food Science & Technology Department of Kashmir University. Please provide the following details:
1. Please provide the guidelines and grounds on which the candidate (Ms. Dr. Asima Jan) was allowed to join the Inspire Faculty Program at the Food Science & Technology Department of Kashmir University, even though she already had a Ph.D. from the same institution. According to the rules, the host institution should be different from the PhD institution. Please share copies of the approvals and any relevant documents regarding this matter.
2. Provide the duration of the Inspire Faculty Program. After completion of the program, on what grounds was the candidate allowed to be a faculty member in the Department of Food Science and Technology. Kindly share the orders of appointments and approval copies from the competent authority.
3. Please provide details of the salary grants approved by the competent authority. On what basis is the faculty member being retained, and under which salary heads is the expenditure being booked after the completion of the Inspire program?
