As can be seen, Gurugram Police has failed to furnish the requested information of very serious & sensitive nature and rather copy-pasted the same reply in respect of all the points.
It is requested to kindly furnish the following information:
1. Details of surprise visits made by police officials of PS Sector 37 to verify the genuineness & authenticity of tenants of apartment No.13/704, AVL 36 Society, Sector 36, Gurugram, Haryana.
2. Copies of statements recorded by police including statements of RWA/AOA office bearers.
3. Copy of police/tenant verification form in respect of the above apartment. NON-AVAILABILITY OF THIS FORM BY POLICE ITSELF CONFIRMS THE DOUBTS RAISED IN THE RTI-cum-ALERT.
4. Copies of photographs of the above apartment taken during inspection/site visit.
NOTE:- I am enclosing self attested Xerox copy of Voter ID card as a proof of my Indian Citizenship. The address that is appearing on my voter ID card is my residential address, I am filing the RTI request from my office address.
