I would like to know how the funds given to the TNEB are divided, and how much of the funds are directed towards the development of pre-existing infrastructure, and how much towards the development of new infrastructure. It seems that the bill collected is extremely high yet we often receive interruptions in our power supply, often for hours at end with no warning or no time period given for when the electricity will come back. So I would like the reports of the division and management of funds collected by TNEB, including the amounts given as salaries to their workers, and maintenance work.
