Provide copies of instructions/circulars/orders issued by CGHS to private hospitals in Delhi NCR to accept online payment from CGHS beneficiaries to avoid unnecessary rush at billing counters, especially during the present time of COVID-19 pandemic.
Whether any instructions have been issued to do away with billing in case of cashless facility, as certain hospitals still require beneficiaries to visit billing counters for generating slip for doctor visit and tests.
