1. Provide certified copies of all rules governing contribution towards (1) provident fund; and (2) pension fund (EPS 1995) during the period when salary of the employee is withheld.
2. Provide certified copies of rules governing employer's contribution during such period.
3. Provide certified copies of all rules governing payment of gratuity during the period when salary of the employee is withheld.
4. Provide certified copies of all rules governing repayment of HBA, vehicle loan, etc during the said period when employee is paid zero/NIL salary.
5. It is understood that courts have ordered payment of atleast 1/3 salary to the employee to discharge his/her loan liabilities. Whether the same is implemented in AAI.
As per CIC, RTI reply to queries such as whether, where, who, what, why is to be given where information is available and exists.
Please provide duly certified copies clearly indicating relevant clauses and provisions in respect of all the above (in whatever form it is available, covering the above points).
