1. Total permanent/regular non teaching staff on roll as on date along with their name and designation. Supply copies of the Selection Committee minutes in which their appointed made.
2. Total number of consultant on roll as on date along with their name and post. Supply copies of their appointment letter along with approved noting portion of the file on which their appointment initiated. Also as per GOI norms, is there any Consultant appointed whose age is 65 years of above.
3. Total number of Selection Committee meeting held for the period from January, 2017 to March, 2020 for various Teaching and Non Teaching staff. Supply copies of the Minutes
4. Supply copy of the 29th Board of Governor meeting AGENDA and Minutes
5. Name of the officials posted in various Sections of the SPA Vijayawada whom Imprest amount released frequently in the year for the period from January, 2018 to March, 2020. Also indicate imprest amount against each name.
