Appeal under RTI Act, 2005.

With reference to DPE letter No.W-03/0033/2021/DPE/WC dated 15.07.2021 in response to DPENT/R/P/21/00041 dated 28.06.2021 (SYU3CD3C), it is informed that no information is provided. Kindly direct PIO to provide information.

Also, PIO has mentioned that there are no such guidelines/procedure with regard to stopping of pay & allowances. In the absence of guidelines, how & on what basis PSEs are stopping pay & allowances of employees.
