On 6th January 2013, an explosion set off a major fire at a diesel storage tank of Indian Oil Corporation's (IOC) Hazira terminal in Surat. A Committee was set up by the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas to probe the incident.

Please provide certified copy of the reports submitted by the Committee to the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas (MOPNG) and Oil Industry Safety Directorate (OISD).
