Under the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005, I hereby request the following information:
1. The detailed procedure followed by the department for taking disciplinary action against employees found to be on unauthorized absence.
2. Please provide information on whether, under the provisions of Fundamental Rule 17(1), the salary of an employee can be stopped without conducting any formal inquiry or disciplinary proceedings.
3. Please provide information on whether the salary of an employee can be stopped before issuing a formal chargesheet.
4. Please provide certified copies of rules, regulations, and orders related to stopping salary and disciplinary actions for unauthorized absence
