In terms of clarification issued by DTCP vide it's office order No.PF-27A/2024/3676 dated 31.01.2024, several residents of AVL 36 Society had requested the registered AOA of AVL 36 Society, Sector 36, Gurugram, Haryana to refund the maintenance amount charged in excess.
Copies of all such mail were endorsed to the DTCP department as well as the DC office in the months of February and March 2024.
1. It is requested to kindly furnish copies of records showing action taken on emails sent by residents of AVL 36 Society to the DTCP department and DC office in the month of February and March 2024.
2. Kindly inform the status of the refund as neither AOA nor the builder has refunded the amount to date.
NOTE: - I am enclosing a self-attested Xerox copy of my Voter ID card as proof of my Indian Citizenship. The address that appears on my voter ID card is my residential address, I am filing the RTI request from my office address.
