egarding the complaint with the reference number ROC(M)/IPC/APD/18/2838 and the ROC Mumbai letter dated 21 April 2022, which requested an inquiry under section 206(5) of the Companies Act, 2013 against the following three companies:
1) Landmark Worldwide Breakthrough
2) Landmark Education
3) Breakthrough Educational Foundation
During the audio/video hearing through the NIC center for CIC reference number CIC/ROCMU/A/2023/628609, the CPIO ROCM Mumbai mentioned that action and prosecution have been taken against the company and the director.
