I wish to state that under rule 38 of the arms rules 2016 a license under form V is required for establishing and maintaining a private shooting range( above 10m and for firearms ) as such provide relevant notification/guidelines under which licenses have been issued for various private shooting ranges located across the country , including the technical safety standards and procedures and also clarify whether any restriction has been put on grant of new licensed for private shooting ranges.
