I want to know the Valid Reason of delay in issuing Vanshawali from CO Ghatshila,

My land has been occupied for construction of a canal which is going over my land.

Government entitled the amount to be given to us against my land.

We agreed and Submitted the SAHAMATI PATRA to the concerned BHOOMI ARJAN Department.

Bhoomi Arjan Department sent application to CO Ghatshila for providing VANSHAWALI of the Khata No- 54,Sandpura,Ghatshila,East Singhbhum so that they can proceed for Payments.Its been more than 2 months CO have not yet passed out Vanshawali to Bhoomi Arjan Office.Other's Vanshawali has been passed but why not mine?

I want a Valid Reason.
