With reference to Section 35, 36 and 37 of Disaster Management Act, 2005, kindly provide the following information under RTI Act, 2005:

1. Measures taken by MoCA with regard to protection of it's employees as well as protection of employees of affiliated PSUs against COVID-19 disaster.

2. Measures taken by MoCA to ensure that no employee is harassed or humiliated by the employer by taking punitive/disciplinary action or stopping pay & allowances during COVID-19 period.
