Provide me the following details of all the of Rs 10 crores and above "sanctioned" or "disbursed" by The Kangra Central Co-operative Bank Ltd, Dharamshala w.e.f 2000-2020 along with the following details of each loans:
1) Details of Collateral security obtained in each case.
2) Name of the Sanctioning Authority, (Name of GM, BM and MD who sanctioned the cases)
3) Copy of Sanction letter awarded by NABARD in each case. If no sanction letter was awarded by NABARD, please mention against the particular loan.
4) Present status of the loans.
5) If any of the loans are closed, please provide me details regarding any loans were settled under one time policy or if any rebate was given to the loanees by the bank during the time of closure of accounts.
The information desired in this RTI is "not 3rd party information" and as per RBI directions the banks have to divulge the details of loan cases, no copy of agreement between any two parties or "fiduciary" information is demanded in this RTI. NABARD is a public authority and all actions of NABARD are available in public domain. The information is relevant to the public money being utilized by KCCB and should be available for public scrutiny and can not be denied as 3rd party.
